‘Citroën Customer Drives’ is a part of an umbrella initiative of “Citroën Owners Group” by Stellantis India Pvt Ltd under the Citroën Brand for Citroën Owners aimed as a Pan-India community building initiative. The Second edition of Citroën Customer Drives is planned from 31st January to 1st February 2026.
Citroën Customer Drives is governed by the following Terms & Conditions:

Definitions:
- “Program” means Citroën Customer Drives for Citroën Owners presented by Stellantis India Pvt Ltd
- “Primary Participant” means the Citroën owner who has agreed to attend the program in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

“Secondary Participant” means those participant(s) who are accompanying the Primary Participant during the program.
- “Primary Participant and Secondary Participant(s)” are hereinafter together referred to as “Participants”.
- “Promoter” means Agency Partners engaged by Stellantis India Pvt Ltd.
- Primary Participant must be a Citroën owner.
- The Age bar for Primary Participants attending the program is 18 years and above.
- Each Primary Participant can bring a maximum three (3) adult “Secondary Participants”. Children of all age groups are welcome provided parental consent and indemnity signed for minors is produced.
- Participation into this Program is at the Participant's own, independent, sole, absolute discretion & risk.
- It is the Primary Participant’s responsibility to ensure that anyone driving the vehicle at any point of time possesses a valid Driver's License issued by the Government of India or any State or Union Territory.
- The participants should carry all the documents pertaining to vehicle ownership and registration for their respective vehicles and at least one identity proof of each accompanying member.

For Citroën Customer Drives where convoy driving is a part following added terms and conditions apply –
- All participants are required to operate the Vehicle as per Instructor’s briefing and guidelines and should adhere to time schedules of the program and follow all the Convoy Drive rules.
- During the entire program, participants are required to follow the instructions provided by the instructor and shall not partake in rash driving or racing, drag racing or any other kind of competitive purposes during the program.
- The Participants shall not operate the Vehicle in violation of any law, ordinance, or regulations as prescribed by the Government of India.
- Operation of the vehicle under the influence of any drug or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- The Participant represents that he or she has not been convicted of driving while intoxicated, reckless driving or any other crime associated with the operation of a motor vehicle, resulting in the suspension of his or her driver's license during the past two (2) years. The Participant understands that failing to disclose past convictions is in violation of this agreement and will result in immediate termination from the Program and could result in legal action by the Promoter, venue owner and Stellantis India Pvt Ltd and its subsidiaries against the Participants.
- All participants are aware of all applicable laws of the land including but not limited to sexual harassment and agrees that he/she will adhere to such laws and rules made thereunder.
INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY
- The primary participant shall be solely held liable for ALL FINES OR PENALTIES IF ANY IMPOSED UNDER ANY LAW, ORDINANCE OR REGULATIONS for the time being in force against his/her Vehicle or against the secondary participants during operation of his/her Vehicle in the Program.
- In the event of any accident or damage, loss to third Party resulting in, Death or injury of any kind to self or co-Participants or any third party during the Program, the participants shall comply with all formalities as are required under the applicable laws and keep the Operating Agency, Promoter, venue owner and Stellantis India Pvt Ltd and its subsidiaries indemnified against any kind of harm or loss or responsibility.
- The Participant (s) understand and agree that he or she will be held responsible for all liability, loss and damage to promoter, venue owner and Stellantis India Pvt Ltd and its subsidiaries incurred because of any breach of terms and conditions by the Participants.
- It is the responsibility of the primary participant that he or she along with all secondary participants being inside the vehicle shall refrain from drinking any sort of alcoholic beverages while being inside the vehicle during the program.
- The Participant agrees that he or she will refrain from using a cell phone while driving the vehicle during the Program.
- The Participants agree that PETS OR ANIMALS are subject to applicable policies at venues or stay location.
- All participants understand and agree that while the vehicle is being driven it is compulsory for all the occupants of the vehicle to properly fasten and secure their seat belts within the Program.
FEE INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
- Participants are aware that the fee towards the Program is being paid by them to a Third-Party vendor organizing this Program as appointed by Stellantis India Pvt Ltd.
- Participants are aware that the mere payment of the Program fees alone does not guarantee their place into this program unless the booking is confirmed in writing, and the confirmation of participation will be on a first come first serve basis.
- The Booking of this Program is and shall not be saleable or transferable at any point of time.
- Participation fees, as communicated separately, shall include costs of accommodation & planned activities.
- The participation fee will include GST and Gateway charges as indicated in the fee table, communicated on the website.

The Fee is exclusive of the following.
- Alcohol & beverages consumed during the Program
- Additional Food consumed during the Program
- Costs incurred for Vehicle Transport to the Program and during the Program viz, Fuel, Toll, Incidentals, Repairs, Fines, and other Surcharges.
- Costs towards Vehicle Repair or Maintenance if any incurred prior, during or after the Program.
- Cost of transporting the damaged vehicle to the nearest dealership if the vehicle suffers irreparable damage on site.
- Individual insurance costs of participants and vehicles.
- Costs towards previous medical ailments or conditions of the participants.
- Hospitalization cost if any.
- Personal expenses and additional purchases/stay undertaken by participants other than or over and above what is planned for the Program at the location of accommodation or during the travel, plus costs or any other expenses of any kind.
CANCELATION POLICY
- Participants acknowledge that this program is designed and customized for the identified Participants only, and therefore booking amount that is 100 percent of fee is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation of booking by the participant for any reasons whatsoever.
- Participants are aware that the payment can only be refunded in case Stellantis India Pvt Ltd allows and finds the exact number of other participants to participate in the Program.

In the scenario of possible refund, Participants shall be notified about the refund and the money will be refunded within Thirty (30) days from the date of formal cancellation intimation. In case the participation is withdrawn by primary participant:
- Before 10 days only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
- Before 5 days only 25% of the amount will be refunded.
- Before Less than 5 days no refund will be made.
- No refund shall be provided for any unexpected, unplanned, and sudden early departure by the participant.
- No refund can be given for any unutilized service for any reason(s) what-so-ever including ill health, roadblocks, natural calamities or any other reason beyond control.
OTHER CONDITIONS
- These Terms and Conditions shall be applicable on all Participants’ successors and permitted assigns.
- Each of the Participants agrees that any photographs, voice recordings or videotaping conducted during Program can be used by Stellantis India Pvt Ltd and its subsidiaries, and their affiliates, dealers in whole or in part worldwide in perpetuity in all media now known or hereafter developed for any purposes whatsoever (including, without limitation, advertising, promotion, commercial or & informative) and without any compensation.
- The Participants have read and understood these Terms and Conditions clearly each of whom represents and agrees their participation in the Program is entirely their independent choice as already stated herein.
- Each of the Participants hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Drive Agency ,promoter agency, venue owner and Stellantis India Pvt Ltd and its Subsidiaries and its parent and affiliated companies, distributors, agents, assigns and licensees and the respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of each of the foregoing from and against all liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, suits, costs, charges and expenses, including without limitation, fees and expenses of legal counsel and expert witnesses, which may be imposed upon or incurred by or asserted against directly or indirectly, or any of them, by reason of actual or alleged bodily injuries, death, property damage or any other damages resulting from or occurring during participation in the Program.
- Stellantis India Pvt Ltd reserves the rights to cancel, delay or postpone the Program as per PCA India’s own sole and absolute discretion. Stellantis India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions for betterment of this Program as mentioned on websites of (www.citroën.in and www.citroënownersgroup.in) at any time and without notice. All participants shall abide by these modifications as available on the aforesaid websites.
TERMS & CONDITIONS SPECIFIC FOR THE SECOND EDITION OF
CITROËN CUSTOMER DRIVES (31ST JANUARY TO 1ST FEBRUARY 2026)
- The second edition of Citroen Customer Drives will not have a convoy drive.
- Participants must reach Sula Vinyards directly by themselves
- Dedicated parking is available only for Citroen Brand cars
- Car pass sticker is mandatory to avail access to dedicated parking
- Passes will be handed over at the Hotel (The Haven by Sula) upon arrival and registration
- Entry to the event commences at 12:30 pm.
- This ticket admits only one person and shall be produced to exchange for a wristband.
- Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn at all times during the event. Wristbands removed or misplaced shall not be reissued under any circumstances.
- Any person found to be attending the event without a valid wristband and ticket shall not be permitted.
- Tickets once purchased shall not be refundable whatsoever. Ticket price includes entry to the festival, rest everything will be charged separately.
- Tickets shall be valid only if purchased through official agents. Tickets purchased through unauthorized agents shall not be valid and entry shall be denied to the event.
- Person above the age of 12 years need to purchase ticket. Persons below the age of 12 years may attend the event without purchasing a ticket but accompanied by an adult. The organizers strongly recommend NOT to bring children below the age of 12 years into the festival grounds for safety reasons. The festival does not provide facilities for young children.
- There shall be no re-entry to festival grounds.
- The event shall at all times be subject to Force Majeure events and for which the organizers shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever including without any limitation to its postponement, cancellation or changes in the schedule.
- The event shall be subject to necessary security procedures as the organizers deem fit and which shall include checking of personal belonging and body frisking.
- No alcohol will be served to persons below the Legal Drinking Age (LDA). Persons of LDA shall be provided with some form of authorization upon producing a valid photo ID. In the interest of the health and safety persons consuming alcoholic drinks at the event are advised to use public transport or assign a designated driver.
- It’s not permitted for persons of the (Legal Drinking Age) LDA to purchase alcoholic drinks for persons below the (Legal Drinking Age) LDA. Any breach of such condition will result in removal of both from the event.
- Artist programming and line-up is subject to change during the festival.
- Carrying and consumption of banned articles, substances including bottled water, alcohol, cigarettes and outside food shall not be permitted at the event.
- SulaFest is a drug-free event. Consumption and possession of any form of intoxicants will result in removal of the person consuming/carrying the same from the event and shall be handed over to the concerned authorities.
- The organizers are not liable for any food/beverage liability claims.
- Although the organizers shall have basic minimal first aid/medical facilities at the event, it shall not be responsible/liable for any serious ailments which may require hospitalization.
- The organizers shall be recording the event through variety of AV means and which it may also telecast in the media. Persons attending the event hereby extend the consent to such recordings/telecast.
- Only vendors authorized by the organizers shall be permitted to advertise/trade their goods/services at the event.
- Under no circumstances any person attending the event shall possess in any form/place any object/weapon that may have the potential to cause any bodily injury. No person attending the event shall in any manner vandalize/cause damage to any location/part of the event.
- The organizers shall not be responsible for any theft/loss, harm, injury that may be caused to any person at the event in any manner.
- The organizers shall in no manner be responsible for any theft/damage caused to their vehicles parked in the designated area.
- Strobe lighting at this event may trigger epileptic fits. Likewise, the event shall use the amplified sound performances at high volumes. Persons attending the event are requested to safeguard themselves from such extreme forms of lighting/audio.
- The organizers reserve the exclusive rights to decline entry to any person in breach of any terms and conditions of the event with or without refund of the ticket price.
- Areas of the festival are built to capacity. Organizers reserve the rights to hold entry to certain areas within the festival to ensure a safe festival experience.
- Persons attending the event shall abide by all the instructions of the organizers.
- Event gates will be close at 08.30 pm, entry will not be allowed to anyone after this time.

- Complimentary INR 1,000 per day per pass top-up for Lunch & Dinner to be used at Festival

- Special SulaFest Itinerary with pre-defined activities (Grape Stomping, Winery tour, Wine tasting with expert sommelier)
- Taxes and other applicable charges included
PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS
- Additional F&B consumed during the event
- Vehicle transport, fuel, tolls, fines, repairs & maintenance
- Cost of transporting damaged vehicle to dealership
- Individual insurance costs of participants/vehicles
- Costs towards previous medical ailments
- Hospitalization cost (if any)
- Personal expenses & additional purchases/stay
- Additional Bed Occupancy Charges (if any)
Children below the age of 12 years are eligible for free entry and will be accommodated in the same room with the parents/accompanied family.
There are No Triple Occupancy package available, however if a third person is accompanying then following conditions apply
- Costs for Extra Bed / Third Occupancy will need to be paid directly at actuals to the venue (INR 7,080)
- Additional 3rd Event Ticket cost of INR 8,500 will need to be paid onground while checking in
